We are currently hiring for the following position(s):

Ecommerce Operations Manager (Full-time, Onsite)

Product Setup & Marketplace Management 

Role Overview

The Ecommerce Operations Manager owns the end-to-end setup, accuracy, and ongoing management of all products across our ecommerce and marketplace platforms. This role ensures that every product is built correctly, launched on time, and maintained accurately across Mirakl, Shopify, Faire, and future channels.

This is a highly detail-oriented, systems-driven role critical to scaling Bits & Bows’ wholesale and direct-to-consumer business.

Key Responsibilities

Product Setup & Data Management

  • Create and manage product listings across Shopify, Mirakl, Faire, and additional platforms as added
  • Build SKUs, variants, pricing, barcodes, and attributes with precision
  • Ensure product titles, descriptions, imagery, sizing, and compliance details are accurate and channel-appropriate
  • Maintain clean product data across all systems and platforms

Marketplace Management (Mirakl Focus)

  • Manage Mirakl product uploads, updates, and error resolution
  • Map attributes correctly per retailer requirements
  • Troubleshoot upload failures, validation errors, and data mismatches
  • Maintain ongoing catalog accuracy across Mirakl partners

Platform Optimization & Launch Support

  • Partner with Creative, Sales, and Operations teams to launch new collections
  • Coordinate timing of product launches across channels
  • Maintain platform-specific rules (minimums, pricing structures, imagery requirements)

Process & Systems Ownership

  • Own SOPs for product setup and updates
  • Improve efficiency and reduce errors through process refinement
  • Act as the source of truth for product setup best practices
  • Support future integrations with inventory, fulfillment, and ERP systems

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in ecommerce operations, marketplace operations, or product data management
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify required
  • Experience with Mirakl strongly preferred
  • Experience with Faire or wholesale platforms a plus
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing large product catalogs and tight timelines
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-growing environments

Executive Assistant (Full-time, Onsite)

Role Overview

This is not a traditional calendar-only role. The Executive Assistant acts as a right hand to the founders, helping manage priorities across product development, wholesale growth, marketing, and operations.

This person ensures that ideas move forward, deadlines are met, and the founders can focus on strategy, creative direction, and key relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Strategic Support

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel
  • Prepare briefing documents before key meetings
  • Track follow-ups from buyers, partners, vendors, and collaborators
  • Draft professional emails, proposals, and internal documents
  • Maintain priority project tracker across departments

Wholesale & Trade Show Support

  • Prepare line sheets, order forms, and wholesale packets
  • Organize materials for markets and events
  • Track wholesale orders and post-market follow-ups
  • Coordinate sample shipments to buyers and PR

Product Development Coordination

  • Track development calendar and sample timelines
  • Organize tech packs, labeling info, and compliance documentation
  • Communicate updates between design and production partners
  • Maintain master SKU list and product database

Operations & Logistics

  • Coordinate shipping for events and wholesale orders
  • Monitor packaging and branded material inventory
  • Track vendor deadlines and production milestones

Administrative & Financial Support

  • Submit invoices and maintain vendor records
  • Track wholesale payments and outstanding balances
  • Organize contracts, resale certificates, and business documents
  • Support HR paperwork and onboarding coordination

Brand & Marketing Support

  • Assist with photoshoot logistics and sample prep
  • Track influencer gifting and PR seeding
  • Maintain marketing and launch calendars

Fulfillment/Quality Control Associates (Part-time and Full-Time, Onsite)

As a Fulfillment/Quality Control Associate at Bits & Bows, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your attention to detail and commitment to efficiency will contribute to the overall success of our fast-growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack items for shipment, following established procedures
  • Prepare shipping labels and documentation
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Perform quality control steps to ensure optimal quality of merchandise
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift and carry packages up to 20 pounds
  • Reliable and punctual
