Wholesale Sales Manager (Full-Time)
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pittsburgh, PA, for a Wholesale Sales Manager at Bits & Bows. The Wholesale Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, managing wholesale client accounts, developing strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include building sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing sales trends, and collaborating with the team to achieve business goals. The role will also involve identifying market opportunities and ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and account management skills, with expertise in cultivating and managing wholesale client relationships
- Proficiency in analytical skills for monitoring sales performance, identifying trends, and developing actionable strategies
- Proven experience in customer service with the ability to maintain long-term client satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills for negotiating with clients, building rapport, and collaborating across teams
- Frequent travel required; must attend all market/expos
- Passion for fashion or accessories and experience in the retail or wholesale industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales-related software
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
Assistant Fashion Designer (Full-Time)
As an Assistant Designer, you will collaborate closely with the Creative Director to assist in creating unique and stylish collections that align with the Bits & Bows brand identity. Key responsibilities include aiding in fashion design, sketching concepts, sourcing materials, working with textiles, assisting in embroidery design, and preparing for fittings to ensure high-quality production. This is a full-time on-site role based in Pittsburgh, PA, with an immersive and hands-on environment. Technical design background required.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Fashion Design and the ability to create concept sketches and garments.
- Knowledge of Textiles and the ability to assist in material sourcing and evaluation.
- Experience in conducting Fittings and ensuring design accuracy and suitability.
- Creative mindset and passion for designing children’s and women’s accessories and apparel aligned with the Bits & Bows aesthetic.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a collaborative approach to projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with design software or tools
Fulfillment Manager (Full-Time)
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fulfillment Manager, located in Pittsburgh, PA. The Fulfillment Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including managing inventory, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled on time, and maintaining high standards of customer service. They will also analyze fulfillment processes, lead a team, coordinate with various departments, and develop strategies to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- Possess Analytical Skills for evaluating fulfillment processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Strong Communication skills to effectively manage team and coordinate with other departments
- Customer Service skills for maintaining high standards in order fulfillment and addressing customer inquiries
- Experience with Inventory Management to ensure accurate and efficient stock levels
- Team Leadership abilities for guiding and motivating the fulfillment team
- Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse management role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is preferred
Fulfillment/Quality Control Associates (Part-time and Full-Time)
As a Fulfillment/Quality Control Associate at Bits & Bows, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your attention to detail and commitment to efficiency will contribute to the overall success of our fast-growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack items for shipment, following established procedures
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Perform quality control steps to ensure optimal quality of merchandise
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
- Reliable and punctual
