Associate Merchant (Full-Time)
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Merchant, located in Pittsburgh, PA. The Associate Merchant will be responsible for aiding in the development and execution of product strategies, managing vendor relationships, and analyzing sales data. The role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless product launches and maintaining inventory levels. Staying updated on market trends and competitor activities, as well as providing support in product development and assortment planning, are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
- Must be a self-starter
- Experience in Buying, Product Strategy, and Assortment Planning
- Vendor Management and Relationship Building skills
- Proficiency in Sales Data Analysis and Forecasting
- Ability to Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Familiarity with Market Trends and Competitive Analysis
- Strong Organizational and Time-Management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus
Wholesale Sales Manager (Full-Time)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow and maximize the U.S. wholesale business and achieve sales revenue/profitability
- Establish and build relationships with wholesale buying teams and strategic partners
- Monitor and analyze selling reports on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis to forecast growth and identify opportunities to increase sales and expand to new doors
- Prepare for and present collections during seasonal selling campaigns
- Maintain knowledge of sales and current market trends within the children's fashion industry
- Attend all relevant trade show markets and merchandise the showroom or booth
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum five (5+) years of retail sales experience
- Experience with buying & merchandising strategies
- Understanding of retail math and sales metrics
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to influence partners and lead team(s)
- Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop as graphic design, organizational, and/or marketing tool
- Demonstrated experience in presentations
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Self-starter with strong priority management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, able to thrive independently and as a collaborative team play
- Personable and relationship-driven, with a talent for fostering strong partnerships and collaboration
- Ability to travel when required; this position requires very frequent travel and is based in Pittsburgh, PA, Atlanta, GA, and/or Dallas, TX.

Business Development Associate (Full-Time)
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Director of Business Development, located in Pittsburgh, PA. The Associate Director will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, planning business strategies, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and managing client accounts. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential clients, building relationships, preparing business plans, overseeing sales processes, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Fulfillment/Quality Control Associates (Part-time and Full-Time)
As a Fulfillment/Quality Control Associate at Bits & Bows, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your attention to detail and commitment to efficiency will contribute to the overall success of our fast-growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack items for shipment, following established procedures
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Perform quality control steps to ensure optimal quality of merchandise
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
- Reliable and punctual
