Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love your purchase!  We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



To start a return, you can contact us at info@shopbitsandbows.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Your satisfaction with your order is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at katie@shopbitsandbows.com within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email. Our products are delicate and meant to be handled with care (please reference care instructions included in your package).  We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Fabric patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items (unless defective upon receipt) or gift cards.  All personalized items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
