So, what kind of positions are we looking to fill? Well, we have a variety of roles available, from store associates who can sprinkle some magic into our customers' lives to fulfillment

Here are a few positions we're currently hiring for:

• Customer Happiness Specialist: Do you have a knack for making people smile and providing top-notch customer service?  How about a love of merchandising, event planning, and gifting?  If so, we'd love to have you on our team to provide customers an elevated shopping and personalization experience.
• Fulfillment Team Members: In this omnichannel retail era we are living in, fulfillment efficiency and accuracy are more important than ever to customer happiness.  You will be responsible for picking and packing orders from numerous sales channels.  We're looking for someone who can ensure our products reach customers in a timely manner with no magical touch overlooked. Previous fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
• Personalization Specialist: At Bits & Bows, we take pride in offering our customers premium products with a personal touch. If you love all things sewing and embroidery, this could be the job for you!
